Land Acknowledgment
We humbly acknowledge that our practice is situated on ancestral lands long cared for by indigenous peoples. Although we do not claim ownership of any land as an organization, we gather with deep gratitude and respect on territories once—and still—stewarded by indigenous nations whose rich histories and ongoing contributions continue to enrich these regions.
We honor the resilience and enduring presence of indigenous communities, particularly the Nanticoke, Piscataway, and Susquehannock peoples of Baltimore, whose living legacy deepens our connection to the land. We remain committed to upholding the values of justice, respect, and healing.
May our mindful practice and careful stewardship of the land serve as a modest step toward honoring the deep histories, enduring cultures, and future aspirations of the indigenous peoples who have lovingly cared for this place.

Land Acknowledgment
We humbly acknowledge that our practice takes place on the ancestral lands of Indigenous peoples who have long cared for this region with deep reverence and responsibility. In particular, we honor the Nanticoke, Piscataway, and Susquehannock peoples, whose histories, cultures, and continued presence in what is now called Baltimore deepen our connection to this place.
While we do not claim ownership of any land as an organization, we gather with gratitude on territories still stewarded by Indigenous nations. We recognize the living legacies of these communities, whose contributions and resilience continue to shape the land and its stories.
We remain committed to upholding the values of justice, respect, and healing. May our practice reflect these values, through mindfulness, care for the land, and a sustained effort to listen, learn, and honor the Indigenous peoples who have nurtured this place across generations.
